Lovely collaboration with Two Black Cats!

This is a photo shoot we did yesterday with 'two black cats' who make gorgeous vintage blanket cushions, rugs and all sorts of other wonderful things...keep and eye out and I will let you know when their site is live. The colours of their range worked so beautifully with our Tia and the forest keepers.

I was rapt to come across the stickytiki website. The products are innovative, interesting and excellent value for money. Staff are delightful; swift to respond and take great care with everything from product to packaging. Having had my stickytiki retro dots of a few months now, I can say they bring great joy to visitors to my home, who love to move them around and make patterns on the wall!

20% of all our Etsy sales to Haiti

In our safe haven on the other side of the world we are horrified with the tragic earthquake in Haiti and the ongoing affect of that on this poor nation. We cant do much but we are offering 20% from all our Etsy sales to the relief effort there through Oxfam NZ. We have just made a nice donation from recent sales and hope to be able to give more to help these desperate people.

Our Little Party Girl!!

Well our little princess turned 3 on Sat so we had a really girlie birthday tea party. She loves boys so there were a few there but they didn't seem to mind all the pink stuff. I always remember a princess cake from when I was little so I tried to replicate that with this one, Kahlos is even on the same cake stand as mine was. The kids had a great time under the apricot tree eating lamingtons and fairy bread.

Oh BTW the skirt is from Princess Ratbag...isn't is divine!!
